Namaskaram. We invite you to join our meetup via live stream this Sunday. Please be sure to arrive in silence, maintain silence throughout and depart in silence (unless the floor is opened for discussion). Going into the silence is a profound meditation.
Our Silent Satsang Process:
We will meditate in three phases, shifting when the singing bowl is sounded.
1) When the bell rings: Begin Nadi Shuddhi, (alternate nostril breathing) by inhaling through both nostrils, then exhaling through the left nostril while holding the right nostril closed. Continue with closed eyes, alternatig nostrils, until you hear the sound of the singing bowl. Always end by exhaling through the left nostril. See an example at the bottom of this page.
2) When the singing bowl is sounded: Internally (silently) chant the RAMA sloka with extended breath. Script provided below.
3) When the singing bowl is sounded again: Switch to internal chanting of OM or RAMA until it falls naturally into silence.
The session will conclude with the sound of the bell and we will depart, or discuss dreams etc. Be sure to then watch your dreams in the days to follow, and write them down.
Supporting materials can be downloaded below. Please bring these documents to follow along, as I will not be speaking once we begin.

How to Chant It:
There is also a free video lesson on how to chant the RAMA sloka. Find it here: https://exaltedmysticunion.teachable.com/p/practicing-the-names-first-transmission
The divine name RAMA is extremely powerful. Chanting it with devotion brings tangible change and spiritual advancement.

Alternate Nostril Breathing Example (Nadi Shuddhi):
Please note, while I have received an initiation from Sadhguru, I have no affiliation or creative licence on this video. The clip is only shared for educational purposes. It will be very helpful to practice this before our satsang.
