On meditation
You say you cannot meditate. That is becasue you are still trying. Stop trying. Stop doing. Sit. This is the shedding of skins. This is the opening of the true eye.
No right or wrong way. Just sit. Candles and incense if desires. Ocean expanse... or forest greens and browns. Atop city skyline looking down. With eyes closed, none of this matters. Just get there. Get to that place. Go into the silence. Listen with no ears. See with no eyes. Be with no body. Being. This is peace. This is knowing. This is source.
Liberation is this state. Free of all social contrivances, shoulds and should-nots. Free of all false skins. Open to truth... And being it.
