What to Expect
Working with crystals is a personal endeavor. You will see, feel, hear and/or know whatever you need to at this time. Obsidian may call you to shed tears, releasing past pain or trauma. Selenite may bring higher guidance to the foreground of your awareness... messages from angelic or spirit guides. Sodalite may bring forth any speech you have been repressing or denying, inspiring you to share new levels of truth with those around you. Our crystal allies will do their part to stir your awareness and spiritual healing as necessary.
Overall, you may feel lighter... more tuned in to your own sense of knowing. This knowing frees you of social convention, so if you return home and feel inspired to change your diet, your associations, your work environment... go with it. How to Prepare
- For three days leading up to your appointment, please adopt a purely vegetarian diet. Milk is optional; no egg. Eat as much fresh organic fruit as possible. Drink juice and water. Organic vegetables and vegetable juices will also nourish and energize you.
- Fast from low-vibrational entertainment (movies, television and acquaintances).
- Please wear comfortable white clothing to your session which allows you to lie down and bend your knees easily.
