This personal medicine bag helps to induce a sacred journey experience to attain highest guidance. It carries a Selenite palm crystal, 3 small Danburite crystals and a Sodalite crystal along with a white feather. All three crystals assist is maintaining a high vibration, as well as igniting direct perception of higher truths.   • Suggested Use: After cleansing your space and yourself, place a Danburite crystal on your third eye, throat and heart energy centers (chakras). Next, arrange the Selenite palm crystal in one hand and the Sodalite Crystal in your other hand. Close your eyes. Breathe in the crystals by visualizing their essence as light filling you as you inhale; with your exhalation breathe out all negativity, stress, or mundane concerns. Then inhale, pulling the crystal essence deep into the bottom of your stomach... down through the solar plexus, yoni and sacral chakra centers. Hold your breath... holding this crystal charged air there, allowing it to reach out into all parts of your body. And then with the exhale feel all dross, waste and karmic weight leaving your body. In hale again, repeating the process until you are in a deeply meditative state. Your breath may cease of its own accord, this is fine. Relax. Three breaths per minute is idea to enter the trance state where your perception will fly freely. Keep a journal nearby in which you can write your experiences for later reflection.   (Alternatively, the Sodalite can be placed on your throat chakra.
